YouTube adds over 19,000 full episodes of TV Shows by associating with Indian broadcasters
You can now watch 19,000+ complete episodes of around 300 indian TV shows reveals on YouTube.
The video sharing site has joined with major Indian TV broadcasters such as Sony Entertainment Television, Colors, ImagineTV, Star India, and VikatanTV to bring their shows to YouTube.
“Now our Indian TV lovers offer more than 19,000 complete episodes of 300 programs in six different languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Arabic, Gujarati, and Punjabi),” YouTube writes on its established blog.
For Indian viewers, Youtube has also revamped the TV Shows page to help users better follow shows they love watching and discover new favorites. Indian viewers can now find all the shows at youtube.com/shows. The programs can be seen under different genres like drama and comedy, and can also be found under the latest and top watched episodes featured on the page.
For the rest of the world, the shows are available at youtube.com/shows/other-languages.
