In recent new, RIM CEO has mention that the company will change its main focus to business customers and will only go after targeted parts in the consumer market. Throughout the web, some positive vibe has been spread in regards with RIM’s change in plans. However, there is still time until then and there are new generation BlackBerry devices which will launch sometime in the near future.

A recently revealed BlackBerry device is the Curve 9220 and we have learned from our retailer sources that the device will launch later in the third week of April (between 18th and 20th) and will be priced around 6,000 INR. Another revelation (although quite obvious) is that the device will be targeted to the youth and the low cost will help it reach the masses.

The device is expected to come with BlackBerry OS 7 and as we already know it will sport a 2 megapixel camera, WiFi connectivity (no 3G), 2.44-inch QVGA resolution display, FM radio and expandable memory up to 32GB using a microSD card.
